Emergence Teleradiology, a leading and innovative Teleradiology services provider, is excited to announce a unique job opportunity for a multi-talented professional to join our team as a Teleradiology Sales, Marketing, and Radiology Physician Recruiting Specialist. Position: Teleradiology Sales, Marketing, and Radiology Physician Recruiting Professional

Location: Springfield, Missouri/Hybrid Remote Positioin

Salary: $40,000 per annum with growth potential

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase our client base in the Teleradiology market.

Identify and engage with potential clients, including medical facilities, hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers, to showcase the benefits of our Teleradiology solutions.

Conduct persuasive presentations and webinars to highlight the value proposition of our services.

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to create compelling content and marketing materials.

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine and optimize sales strategies.

Achieve and surpass sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

In addition to the sales and marketing responsibilities, the professional will also be responsible for radiology physician recruiting:

Collaborate with the HR team to identify and attract qualified radiologists to join our Teleradiology practice.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.

Screen, interview, and assess radiology candidates to ensure their skills and experience align with our requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding, to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to quickly respond to staffing needs and future growth requirements.

Work closely with the sales team to understand their client requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.

Implement creative and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-notch radiology professionals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in radiology recruitment.

Compensation and Incentives:

Base Salary: $40,000 per year

Commission Structure:

Earn an attractive $3,000 commission for each successful acquisition of a new radiologist for our Teleradiology team.

Receive a $500 retention bonus for each retained radiologist after six months of service.

Obtain a 10% commission on the first month's collection from each new facility contract secured.

Earn an additional $500 retention bonus for every client who continues to utilize our Teleradiology services for six months.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, marketing, and/or physician recruiting within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Teleradiology or Radiology.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with medical terminology and imaging technologies will be advantageous.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
